CONTEXT
In their book “Thinking like a Mountain”, John Seed, Joanna Macy, Pat Fleming and Arne Naess outline a group therapeutic process aimed at healing the perceived rift between ourselves and our world; a rediscovery of the “ecological Self”, and an antidote to the current polycrisis.
Deep Time practices allow us an immersion into a much vaster sense of Self than that limited to the present moment of our experience. In this session, Br. Tenzin will guide an experiential practice into Deep Time as well as share about the links between Deep Time and the Buddha Dharma.
