About The Event

* Shambhala Sisters - 'Wild out West' *

A women’s weekend of nature immersion and connection at Mangarākau, Golden Bay. With Inna Alex.

* Join a community of women who deeply care about sisterhood and the web of life on Earth.

During this winter retreat we will slow down to immerse ourselves in nature while allowing the supportive power of being in community with women to nourish and inspire us. You are invited to take time out to be fully in the present to what is alive for you, deepen your connection to nature in creative and playful ways, and enjoy connecting with fellow women who share your love & care for our world.

Activities may include:

- Nature walks & meditations at Mangarākau Swamp and Paturau Beach

- Nature craft, land art and creative writing

- Deep Time immersion through Work That Reconnects

Shambhala Sisters nourish 21st century women in our journeys of living consciously, empowered and regeneratively in the time of the Great Turning. As Shambhala Sisters we practice two-fold to take part in the healing of our world: Growing our capacity for connection and compassion with all living Beings we share this planet-time with (including my Self), and sharpening our insight and clarity about where to put our energy for creating positive change.

Inna facilitates Shambhala Sisters with a deep love for weaving women of all ages and walks of life together, growing support and mutual empowerment. She brings her experiences in facilitating Work That Reconnects & Deep Ecology, guiding women’s gatherings, community living, yoga-based lifestyle and a wild love for nature.
