Imagine a whole day without to-do lists, and nothing to improve, fix or achieve… feeling relaxed, alive & connected …being nourished by welcome, nature, food & drink, warmth and sisterhood… allowing yourself to be present with right where you are and to appreciate all you are.

I am offering to guide a small circle of women through such a day. Will you join us?

We will check-in, walk in silence opening to wonder: to slow down, open our heart & senses and listen. We will weave craft for reflection and insight, and witness one another’s unique human experiences, dark & light. Chai, treats and lunch will be provided.

Contribution: sliding scale $50-90 for admin & facilitation, plus $20 for catering.
